Tanks for maturing of cream and production of fermented milk products
The tank represents the two-wall vertical capacity of a cylindrical form with the top and lower conic bottoms established on the support regulated on height.
Tanks are manufactured of food stainless steel of the AISI304 brand or another, according to the specification of the Customer.
On outer side of internal capacity by a cylindrical part, and if necessary and on a bottom, the puklevanny or profile shirt for giving warm or a hladonositel is welded on. The shirt is isolated by heat-insulating material and closed by facing.
On the top bottom there is a branch pipe of giving of an initial product, the mixer drive, the hatch, sapun, the lamp, the washing heads.
The output branch pipe of a ready-made product is located in the lower part of the conical bottom.
The tank is equipped with the strengthened frame mixer with the top drive. If necessary the tank is completed with a service ladder.
On the tank adapters for sensors of temperature and level are installed.
The design of the tank allows to carry out in the manual or automatic mode technological processes of souring, maturing, hashing, heating and cooling of a product, if necessary introduction of various ingredients and ferments in the course of preparation of the final product.
The tank complete set, capacity, the sizes, existence of the control panel makes a reservation at a stage of the order of the equipment.
Tanks are equipped with the hermetic hatch, the mixing device, the washing heads, sapuny (the respiratory device with the filter), an observation port, the lamp, the sampling crane, unions of sensors of temperature and level of pressure, the top platform of service with a protection and a ladder with a protection.
